Right after installing TacticMedAid, you receive a full guide with an adapted version of the TCCC-AMS protocol for military personnel and the STOP THE BLEED protocol for civilians.
With the help of TacticMedAid:
- Remind yourself of the content of first aid courses for tactical situations and civilians.
- Evaluate your knowledge level of pre-hospital care protocols.
- Support the development of the TacticMedAid first aid training program.
The actions described in the TacticMedAid guides for Civilians and Military are pre-hospital care and do not require the rescuer to have medical education.
For any use of the materials provided in the TacticMedAid app, you must undergo appropriate training in first aid programs for tactical situations and civilians.
A rescuer's understanding of how to act and honed skills greatly increase the chances of the victim's survival before medical help arrives.
